We are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. This means that we have a carefully selected product catalogue, and that we always make sure to get your order shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We will always do our best to help you out with any problems you may be having, whether it's technical, customer service related or anything else, please feel free to contact us.

Below you will find some information about how we handle things like returns, shipping etc..


Returns Policy

To return an item, please email our customer services department

If for any reason you're not happy with your airlift kit, within the first 2 weeks of buying: Provided the kit hasn't been fitted and can be resold, you can return it to us and we'll refund you. Please note we can't always refund postal prices, and may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on certain items.
Used items do not apply to this rule, however in the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your fitted kit, please contact us and we'll try our best to help out.

If you receive your item and it appears to be faulty: This is incredibly unlikely as our kits are all checked before being sent out, however if there is a fault, you can return the item and we'll either replace it or give you a refund.

If your item is damaged in use and is still under warranty, please contact us and we can discuss the options available.

If an item is damaged in use and is not under warranty, we can still help, we can supply a huge number of spare parts.


Shipping Policy

We ship via Royal Mail, or Courier. For standard delivery under £500, we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels, which takes 2-5 working days.

For express delivery we use either Royal Mail Special Delivery, or a selected Courier company, depending on the size, weight and cost of the order.

All of the packages we send out are insured to the value of the order.


Technical Policy

For any technical problems, please email technical support, where an experienced member of staff will help you solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Depending on your location, we may even be able to send someone out to help.


Privacy Policy

We hate spamming. Your details will be safe with us, and will not be sold or passed on to any other party. The only correspondence that you will receive from us will be directly in regard to your order, or our newsletter, should you opt to receive it.

We may contact you if you've ordered a custom sized kit, just to get some feedback on the installation process and the accuracy of the fit. Replying to this is, of course, optional, however we'd be really grateful to hear about your experiences so that we can consider adding your vehicle to our product catalogue.
